As a company that does not print or ship cards, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there is an error on our part, such as incorrect spelling on the card. In the event of a spelling error, please contact us at greetings@soulfulsentimentsgc.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement.

Please note that if a custom item is ordered and approved by the customer, no refund will be given, nor will a return be accepted. All approvals and responses will be communicated via email. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information provided is correct and free of errors.
